Waistband is stretchy hoodie material 14" across when lying flat. Going down from that, one more hoodie band, then two layers of lightweight cotton/Spandex fabric - gauze underskirt is 4" shorter than slightly heavier outer skirt. Length from top of waistband to longest point is 23".
